Working Principle:Description:Animal manure is efficiently pumped into the main machine via a solid-liquid separator using an unobstructed slurry pump. Concurrently, the pressure at the leading edge is perpetually increased, compelling the water in the material to pass through a mesh screen and be discharged under this intense pressure. The spiral extrusion process operates continuously, with material incessantly fed into the buffer box. The increasing pressure at the leading edge eventually reaches a critical level, opening the discharge port to expel the extrusion, thus achieving effective extrusion discharge. For optimal control of discharge speed and moisture content, the counterweight block beneath the host can be adjusted, ensuring a satisfactory and precise discharge state.
