1.3. Product Description

The air flotation method, also known as the flotation method, is based on the principle of generating a large number of micro-bubbles in the water to form a three-phase mixture of water, air, and the substance to be removed. Under the combined action of interfacial tension, the buoyancy of rising bubbles, and the static water pressure difference, the micro-bubbles adhere to the removed fine oil droplets, and the adhesion body, having a density less than water, floats to the surface, thus separating and removing the oil particles from the water.
It consists of an air saturation device (also known as a pressure air dissolving system), an air release device (also known as a dissolved air release system), and an air flotation tank (also known as an air flotation separation system).
1) Pressure Air Dissolving System
Pressure vessel: Pressurized to dissolve air in water, mixing air and water; Air compressor: Compressed air enters the pressure vessel and mixes with water; Water pump: The water pump draws water from the air flotation separation area to the pressure vessel.
2) Releaser
The releaser is a key device in this system, which significantly affects the size and distribution of bubble formation and the air flotation water purification effect. The size of the released bubbles is related to the dissolved air pressure; at low pressure, larger bubbles are formed, which are not conducive to air flotation.
3) Air Flotation Separation System (Air Flotation Tank)
The function of the air flotation separation system is to ensure a certain volume to complete the full mixing, contact, adhesion of micro-bubble groups with impurities in the water, and the separation of gas-carrying flocs and clear water.
