1.1 Technology introduction

The main function of the biogas slurry temporary storage system is to store the anaerobic digested biogas slurry. Can balance the fluctuation of the discharge volume of the front-end anaerobic fermentation tank and the processing volume of the back-end dehydration equipment. At the same time, it can serve as a secondary anaerobic digestion tank, which can continue to produce biogas and improve the overall economic benefits of the project.
The temporary storage system for biogas slurry generally adopts the form of a tank, equipped with a central stirring device. The stirring force can fully mix the substances deposited at the bottom, floating at the top, and suspended substances. So that a relatively homogenous sludge is produced for the dewatering process.
Install a liquid level gauge on the temporary storage tank of biogas slurry to monitor the parameters inside the tank in real-time, ensuring safe operation.
