Product Description

1.1 Technology introduction

The Mul-D bioreactor integrates hydrolysis tank, fermentation tank, digestate tank, and double membrane gas tank. For cylindrical fully mixed tanks, the outer wall of the tank is insulated.
Top: Double membrane gas holder, mainly used for storing biogas and reaction space for in-situ desulfurization of biogas;
Lower part: fully mixed anaerobic reactor, anaerobic reaction area for biowaste ;
Mixing system: The biowaste in the mixing tank plays a role in homogenization, breaking floating slag, and preventing sand settling;
Auxiliary facilities: constant temperature system, positive and negative pressure protection, liquid level protection, cabinet position protection, etc.
 
1.2 Product Outstanding
  • Anaerobic fermentation
Realize the degradation of organic matters entering the tank and produce biogas;
  •   Biogas storage
The dual-mode gas holder integrated on the top can effectively store the biogas generated in the anaerobic process;
  • Biogas biological desulfurization:
The packing material in the tank can effectively attach chemoautotrophic sulfur-oxidizing bacteria, which can grow rapidly in a suitable environment and achieve H2S removal via O2 injection;
  •  Micro-oxygen environment:
Conducive to the hydrolysis and acidification process, and can improve the methane conversion efficiency.
